DCCG is an incorporated society. Its Constitution sets out what the group is for, how it makes decisions, who may be a member, and how officeholders are elected — and it is reviewed at every AGM.
It is published here in full, for anyone to read. Meeting minutes, which record what individual meetings decided, are kept for members in the Documents section.
