DCCG is a member-based society: the committee is elected by the members at each AGM, and every role — including membership itself — carries a job description. Each one below sets out what the role is for, why it matters, and what good looks like, so that handing a role on is never a mystery.

Leads DCCG's governance with fairness and vision, and represents the group to the wider world.

Keeper of the records — minutes, correspondence, and the group's legal and constitutional obligations.

Safeguards the group's finances — accurate records, clear reporting, and resources used well.
